Marketing: including exhibitions, advertising and seminars, will all contribute to your success but the key to just how successful you are will be your network of sub agents.

Sub agents

As a franchisee you will appoint sub agents to help you grow your business.

Sub agents operate in the same way as you but you will co-ordinate and control their activities. In effect you become their manager and reward their success with a split of your commission.

Anyone can qualify to be a sub agent including friends, family, ex-work colleagues, travel agents, estate agents, financial advisors or accountants. Anyone who has a client base or a network of friends or work colleagues could market our properties on your behalf.

You can have as many sub agents as you wish depending upon how large you want to grow your business.

How much can I earn?

Property prices vary dramatically across Europe. Prices are higher in the more established markets such as Portugal, Spain and France but can be incredibly low in the new markets of Bulgaria, Turkey and Morocco.

The well established destinations offer a safe investment and Spain remains our most popular holiday home location by far.

The average selling price of a property in Spain is £100,000 and with commissions of up to 5% of the selling price just one sale per month will generate an income of £60,000 per annum.

Earnings in excess of £100,000 per annum are achievable.

If you also have a network of successful sub agents then the sky’s the limit!

How much time do I need to spend on the business?

That’s up to you.

This is a simple business. It can be run from your home or an office almost anywhere in the world!

The overheads are minimal and the rewards are fantastic.

The business can be run full or part time and once you have a network of sub agents they will do most of the work for you.

Marketing support

What do you need? Just let us know.

We will supply you with almost anything you believe you need to be successful (within reason!): a web site(s), colour brochures, wall posters, leaflets, mailshots, window postcards, electronic brochure and Inspections trips.

All marketing material is free of charge (depending upon quantity required).

You will, of course, have your own web site(s) featuring all our properties. You will have one web site for each country. It will be hosted and maintained by us.

How much are the royalties and management fees?

Nothing! Well almost nothing. There is a small monthly fee of just £100 plus VAT for web site maintenance and hosting as well as management and marketing support.

Training

Our main property partner is Property Keysol SL and so it is only natural that we train our franchisees in Spain!

You will spend four days at our own hotel, Hotel La Torre, visiting a selection of our developments and learning about our marketing techniques and how to recruit sub-agents.
